We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, images, weights, sizes, and prices are accurate.

However:

  • Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting, or handcrafted finishing.

  • Silver item weights may vary slightly.

  • Prices shown at checkout are final unless an obvious pricing error occurred.

If a pricing error is identified before order confirmation, we may:

  • Contact you with the correct price, or

  • Cancel the order and issue a refund if payment was made.

6. Silver Jewellery Notice

Nayaab Jewellers specializes in silver jewellery and accessories.

Natural silver may develop tarnish over time depending on usage, storage, humidity, perfumes, and skin chemistry. This is normal and not considered a defect.

Proper care is recommended.

7. Payment Methods

We accept available payment methods shown at checkout, including:

  • Online payment

  • Cash on Delivery (where available in Kuwait)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch.

  • We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed COD orders.

8. Delivery

We deliver within Kuwait using available shipping options shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Express: 1 business day

  • Standard: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, weather, or unforeseen events.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
