Refund policy

At Nayaab Jewellers, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is any issue with your order, we offer returns in line with the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn
In original condition
In original packaging
With tags, boxes, or accessories included (if applicable)
Supported with proof of purchase or order number

Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

2. Return at Shop

Eligible items may also be returned directly at our showroom within 24 hours of purchase or delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned unless faulty or incorrect:

Customized or engraved jewellery
Resized items
Used or worn items
Damaged items caused after delivery

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

Alternative product
Store credit

7. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund after review.

8. Important Notes

Natural silver may develop tarnish over time depending on storage, humidity, perfumes, and usage. This is normal and not considered a manufacturing defect.

Minor differences in product color or shine caused by photography or screen display are not considered faults.

Returned items brought to the showroom remain subject to inspection before approval.
