2. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within same day or 1 business day, depending on order volume and product availability.

Orders placed after business hours, Fridays, or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Each order is checked and packed carefully before dispatch.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Express Delivery: 1 business day — KWD 4.000
  • Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days — KWD 2.000

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier schedule, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Delivery fees are calculated and shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

Any promotional free shipping offers, if available, will be displayed on the website.

5. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch.
  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be delayed or cancelled.

Once your order is dispatched, delivery updates may be shared by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email where available.
